Service Description

Physiotherapy Led Pilates drop in classes, suitable if you have never done Pilates before or are looking to progress to intermediate level. We will start right at the very beginning and teach you how to safely and effectively improve your movement and strength. There will be standing work and matwork, all mats and equipment provided. If you have any current issues such as acute low back pain or other ongoing problems we will need to do a 1:1 assessment before your first class.
